W’s V. Suns – Stuff I Liked
October 11th, 2009 | by jruss |Finally, I got to actually watch a Warriors pre-season game on TV. Since I’m the kind of guy that likes to live in the positive, I kept track of things that I like during the game. Below is the list…
- Anthony Randolph running the break
- Andris Biedrins gobbling up rebounds
- Anthony Morrow shooting threes
- Kelenna Azubuike’s all-around game
- Corey Maggette drawing fouls by the bucket-loads
- Monta Ellis looking to pass
- Mikki Moore being much less of a scrub than I originally thought
- Speedy Claxton back in a W’s uni (until he actually took his first jumper)
- Stephen Curry showing some promise
- The potential for some real depth once the season starts
There were some troubling things as well but as I said, I’m keeping it positive! And hey, we’re 3-1 in the pre-season. How’s that for positive?
